KOSAPLUS Sales Policy

1) Quality Assurance

All KOSAPLUS products undergo individual testing prior to shipment and are warranted for one year from the date of shipment. This warranty covers issues arising from product defects when used in a suitable environment by a skilled professional who fully understands the product manual.


The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Consumable materials that need replacement due to normal wear and tear during use (available for purchase)

2. Any direct or indirect costs, losses, damages, or injuries caused by the user or external factors rather than the product itself

3. Accidental damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or disassembly of the product by the user

4. Damage resulting from installation, operation, maintenance, or repair performed by untrained personnel

5. Accidents occurring during delivery

6. Free sample products provided without payment

7. Incorrect product selection or ordering by the user

8. Cases where product labels containing serial numbers or other identifying information are damaged

9. Issues caused by natural disasters


If a product defect is confirmed, KOSAPLUS may repair and reship the defective product or replace it with a new product. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the user is responsible for shipping costs for returning defective products. Returns sent without consulting KOSAPLUS representatives may be rejected.

Purchasing a product from KOSAPLUS will be deemed as an acceptance of this sales policy.




2) Trademark Rights

Unless otherwise specified, all products manufactured by KOSAPLUS are shipped under the KOSAPLUS trademark. Customers are required to adhere to the following terms regarding trademark usage:


1. Buyers of KOSAPLUS products acknowledge that the trademark rights belong to KOSAPLUS.

2. Any commercial use of the KOSAPLUS trademark (e.g., in catalogs, brochures, posters, newspapers, etc.) requires prior approval.

3. Buyers may not alter, damage, remove, or obscure any trademarks, serial numbers, or brand labels attached to KOSAPLUS products without prior written consent.

4. The KOSAPLUS trademark or similar marks may not be used on other products.

5. If unauthorized use of the KOSAPLUS trademark by third parties is discovered, customers must promptly notify KOSAPLUS and cooperate in resolving any resulting infringement issues.



For matters not specified in this policy, standard commercial practices will apply. In the event of disputes, all issues will be resolved based on the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any litigation will take place under the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
